When you submit the contact form on synaptic.so, we collect your name, email address, company name, and message. We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics. No data is collected passively from your browser beyond standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp).

2. How we use it

We use your contact information exclusively to respond to your inquiry and, if applicable, to schedule an operations audit. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

3. Where data is stored

Form submissions are processed through Vercel's serverless infrastructure (US-based). Data is stored in our internal systems hosted on infrastructure we control. We do not use third-party CRMs or marketing platforms to store your contact information.

4. Data retention

We retain your contact information for as long as it is relevant to an active business conversation. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days. To request deletion, email privacy@odisea.xyz.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including Brazil's LGPD and Mexico's LFPDPPP. For any privacy-related request, contact privacy@odisea.xyz.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of this page.
